To introduce the first AI generated software platform geared toward engaging parents in real time with their education experience. The luncheon was designed to introduce this product nationally to educators, superintendents, and administrators in a comfortable, engaging and sophisticated way. 

Event Goals:

Branding was intentionally minimalized to encourage guests to engage with the presenters and the contents and messaging. We utilized subliminal 3-D elements such as books, vases and decals in a living room style setting as the backdrop for an intimate fireside chat.

We engaged the services of a live visual note taker to create a subtle interaction with the audience as she translated the messaging throughout the program in real time ultimately creating a digital file that could be sent out to all attendees post event for continued though provocation. 

DREAM BOARD:

One of the main focuses of our clients software is to allow parents real time access and engagement with their children and families in the education space. By asking each attendee what their engagement dreams and focuses are it invited them to switch gears and join the conversation from a real personal perspective while also encouraging explorative conversation between attendees.
