Our goal is to connect with you, share our streamlined process and instill a sense of calm and excitement that is carried throughout the planning and design journey. We want you to have a stress-free experience that is an epic reflection of you so you can focus on what you do best. If Service + Design is our significant other, Logistics is our love language. We get entrenched in the details so you don’t have to and who wants to spend their time tracking down proposals, contracts and vendors? (Us. We do. We love it!)

We are fortunate enough to be tapped by some pretty amazing brands (Westin, Modern Luxury, Party Rental Ltd., Marriott, BBJ LaTavola and White House Historical Association… we are looking at you) to style, create and elevate their products, collateral, editorial or product launches.

Brand Collaborations

We have a bit of a bone to pick with the hospitality and service industry right now… we know… the pandemic was a s*&! show and you feel really lucky to even have staff right now. If this is no longer an acceptable base line (and it shouldn’t be), we can help realign or set your service standards, troubleshoot what is broken and train your team to provide the exceptional service you want to be known for and your customers, clients and guests deserve. During Phase One we create your planning timeline and budget and facilitate a short technology session where we walk through the various tools that we will use to keep us organized and on the same page.

We work closely with each of our clients to curate ideas and preferences that we translate into your full event experience. We create multiple opportunities to touch, see and feel snippets of your event(s) so that we can edit, evolve, and perfect every detail beyond your imagination. Our design presentation becomes your brand guide ensuring that your entire vendor partner team works together to achieve the greatest reflection of you. 

We can walk into an empty space (or perhaps an unattractive one) we see it as a blank canvas filled with your story, we would never expect you to visualize the same.

We tailor the planning process to factor in holidays, summer travel or camp schedules and when we know we can be most effective with our industry partners (ie: no one wants to talk to you the last two weeks of December… unless we are celebrating on NYE). We are often working with our clients from four months to three years in advance. Deep breaths, we’ve got you.

We believe that life should continue to happen even though we are planning a once-in-a lifetime celebration.

We spend an inordinate amount of time, energy, blood, sweat and tears to ensure every single detail of your celebration is buttoned up before the big day/weekend/week. We like sleeping at night and this keeps the scaries at bay. In addition to your lead planner and designer, we have the most incredible team of onsite coordinators to support your production every step of the way, working tirelessly behind the scenes to manage the many moving parts, support you and your guests and take care of your vendors as well (they are amazing people too!) 

If we’ve done our job correctly, this is the “easiest” part.

Q: DO YOU OFFER DAY OF OR MONTH OF COORDINATION?
A: We do not. We are truly able to serve our clients best when we are involved from the start.

Q: HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU PRODUCE A YEAR?
A: Each planner produces an average of 8-10 events per year.

Q: DO YOU OFFER ONLY DESIGN SERVICES?
A: We are grateful that you love our aesthetic but only offer our creative services for Full Service, Weekend and Destination clients. This helps us maintain our high-standard of creative and keeps us from burning the candle at both ends. 

Q: DO YOU OFFER HOURLY CONSULTING?
A: Not at this time.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I ANTICIPATE MY BUDGET TO BE?
A: The hardest question of them all. Once our services are retained, we deep dive to gain a better understanding of your vision and needs then we develop a detailed budget. We don’t like financial surprises so we always start here. Our minimum investment starts at $2,000 per person and up with an average of 150 guests.
