During Phase One we create your planning timeline and budget and facilitate a short technology session where we walk through the various tools that we will use to keep us organized and on the same page.

We work closely with each of our clients to curate ideas and preferences that we translate into your full event experience. We create multiple opportunities to touch, see and feel snippets of your event(s) so that we can edit, evolve, and perfect every detail beyond your imagination. Our design presentation becomes your brand guide ensuring that your entire vendor partner team works together to achieve the greatest reflection of you.
We can walk into an empty space (or perhaps an unattractive one) we see it as a blank canvas filled with your story, we would never expect you to visualize the same.

We tailor the planning process to factor in holidays, summer travel or camp schedules and when we know we can be most effective with our industry partners (ie: no one wants to talk to you the last two weeks of December… unless we are celebrating on NYE). We are often working with our clients from four months to three years in advance. Deep breaths, we’ve got you.
We believe that life should continue to happen even though we are planning a once-in-a lifetime celebration.

We spend an inordinate amount of time, energy, blood, sweat and tears to ensure every single detail of your celebration is buttoned up before the big day/weekend/week. We like sleeping at night and this keeps the scaries at bay. In addition to your lead planner and designer, we have the most incredible team of onsite coordinators to support your production every step of the way, working tirelessly behind the scenes to manage the many moving parts, support you and your guests and take care of your vendors as well (they are amazing people too!)
If we’ve done our job correctly, this is the “easiest” part.
