Corporate Event Trends for 2025
In Person Boutique Networking
Humans crave authentic connection more than ever. Boutique networking experiences where real connections can be made through shared moments are in.
The Sound of Silence
Building in quiet spaces for mindfulness or breathing will become standard in conference and event design. Giving and creating space for processing and managing stimuli will be part of the necessary.
Interactive Swag + Pop Up Shops
No one needs another pen or notebook, or anything with your logo on it for that matter. Creating felt experiences that allow personalization or customization engages attendees differently. You allow them to connect with the experience in a memorable way that is relived every time the interact with their gift(s).
Social Event Trends for 2025
Interactive Swag Activations + Pop Up Shops
Leave a lasting impression and felt memory by engaging your guests in a personalized experience. Avoid the “free-for-all-grab-and-go” by creating interactive one-of-a-kind experiences.
Return of the Supper Club
We are all in for a kings table but a more intimate setting, great conversation and no need to yell, all coupled with entertainment paired to enhance a culinary experience. Yes please!
Form AND Function
This isn’t a 2025 trend, it’s common sense, but we see a whole lot of over-the-top, jaw dropping, holy sh$t design that just simply does not function or take the guest experience into consideration. Which in our humble opinion, is paramount. You wouldn’t live in a space that doesn’t take function into consideration, why entertain in one? Stop throwing money at bad and be mindful of flow, sight lines, volume and experience.
In Residence
We know what we do is temporary. We’ve said it for decades, we are building houses for 24 hours. We are doing it more than ever now with a huge focus on “residential design” that feels permanent, lived in and loved.
Skip the Signage
We don’t need to read “vodka soda” on a sign. Choose your moments to highlight, again, anything that elevates the guest experience (we are looking at you food allergen notes on a menu card). Make it special, get to the point and of course… legible.
Pick Up the Party
They call it wedding or mitzvah “season” for a reason. Your guests have likely been to 2 or 20 events this year and your entertainment is a perfect place to level up your guests engagement. Think about it… cake all starts to look the same after a while and do I really need the calories? Adding live musicians to a DJ set or a live DJ to a band set keeps the vibes up, appeals to multi-generational crowds and expands the set list options. Go all in with live performers, motivational dancers, theatre or musical performances and don’t forget the after party.
