We had less than thirty days to produce three themed events and a full conference experience for over 200 attendees including custom welcome amenities and post-event gifting.
Event Goals:
With many attendees flying in from all over the country we opted for DC themed welcome reception. With market style restaurants popping up we designed a wharf style raw bar, a dim sum station reminiscent of China Town and a taco bar featuring the DC coordinates. Live music filled the air as guests connected and caught up.
A full Southern honky-tonk set the tone for the closing reception and we wowed attendees in a Nashville songwriters in-the-round experience. Taking note from the infamous Bluebird Café, everyone sang along.
